Drawing on his executive leadership in scaling trusted global technology and commerce, he is leveraging innovative solutions, including AI implementations, to create seamless connections between fans, artists, and the world’s best live entertainment.

Michael Wichser

Chief Operating Officer

Michael guides the company’s strategic vision and ensures alignment with critical operational objectives, overseeing areas including strategic initiatives and investments, finance, fan support, and human resources. He focuses on setting and delivering consistently high standards of excellence, positioning Ticketmaster to stay ahead in the competitive ticketing landscape.

Jim Kotsonis

Regional Vice President, APAC

With a 22-year tenure at Ticketmaster, Jim is an influential and trusted figure. His role involves taking overall responsibility for the Asia Pacific region and working with all the Managing Directors in each local Asia Pacific market to ensure all operations across the region run smoothly. Jim first joined Ticketmaster as a Financial Controller before becoming Finance and Operations Director, which led to his current role.

Chairman, Australia & New Zealand

Maria is a pioneer of Australasian ticketing and a true industry leader. As Chairman of Ticketmaster in Australia and New Zealand, Maria has played an integral part in establishing ticketing as a viable industry in the region.

With a career in ticketing spanning more than 40 years, Maria has seen – and introduced – major changes and innovations in the ticketing industry, most notably the move to digitisation and online ticketing in Australia.
