About Joshua
In his current role, Josh is responsible for overseeing the event build processes and managing all on-site event field operations. He works in close collaboration with the Client Management team to ensure that each event is executed flawlessly, from inception to completion. Josh’s commitment to excellence and his ability to lead by example have been pivotal in enhancing the way we deliver event ticketing solutions.
With a long-standing history at Ticketmaster, Josh has worked across customer service, and our Event Programming Centre (EPC) before stepping into a management role.
