Being integrated with Ticketmaster, the Onsite Swap solution made it easy for fans to access their Premium Experiences through their SafeTix ticket. Here’s what the fan journey looked like on event day:
- Fans scanned their Ticketmaster SafeTix ticket at the gate to enter through the main entrance at the course.
- At the Premium Experience entrance, a dedicated fulfilment area was established, where premium ticket holders exchanged their Ticketmaster ticket for an RFID wristband. This wristband seamlessly linked to their account and provided access to their premium experience suites.
- Fans tapped their RFID wristband at the scanning portal to access the correct premium experience area and could then enjoy their suites.
- The RFID wristbands allowed fans to exit and re-enter the premium experience areas freely, ensuring convenience and flexibility to explore the circuit.
